Sheikh Abdul Malik Al Masry is a distinguished Egyptian reciter who has recorded recitations in twenty riwayat and turuq from the ten qira'at, including Hafs 'an 'Asim, Warsh 'an Nafi', Qalun, Al-Duri and Al-Susi 'an Abi 'Amr, Ibn Dhakwan and Hisham 'an Ibn 'Amir, Al-Bazzi and Qunbul 'an Ibn Kathir, Shu'bah 'an 'Asim, Khalaf and Khallad 'an Hamzah, Al-Duri and Abi Al-Harith 'an Al-Kisa'i, Ibn Jammaz and Ibn Wardan 'an Abi Ja'far, and Ishaq and Idris 'an Khalaf Al-Bazzar, in addition to the turuq of Al-Azraq and Al-Asbahani from Warsh.
