Sheikh Ahmed Al Maasrawi is a distinguished Egyptian reciter who has recorded the complete Qur'an in the riwayat of Hafs 'an 'Asim, Qalun 'an Nafi', Warsh 'an Nafi' (Isbahani), Ibn Jammaz 'an Abi Ja'far, Ibn Wardan 'an Abi Ja'far, and Ishaq al-Warraq 'an Khalaf al-Bazzar, along with numerous other recitations including Hisham and Ibn Dhakwan 'an Ibn 'Amir, Shu'bah 'an 'Asim, Qunbul 'an Ibn Kathir, al-Duri 'an al-Kisa'i and 'an Abi 'Amr, Khallad and Khalaf 'an Hamzah, and Rawh and Ruways 'an Ya'qub al-Hadrami.
